A very warm welcome awaits you in our renovated traditional croft house.
We are located in North Skye in the crofting township of Staffin, 16 miles north of the main town of Portree. Uig with its own ferry links to the Western Isles is 15 miles away over the Quiraing.
Our croft house has spectacular views towards Isle of Lewis across Staffin bay and also looks directly onto the Trotternish Ridge.
We are in the ideal position for visits to local tourist attractions including Trotternish Ridge, Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, The Quiraing, Staffin Beach, Duntulm and Kilmuir with its Museum of Island Life.
We are on a local bus route giving access to the rest of Skye and Scotland.
Many walking routes to suit all capabilities are easily accessible from our home.
If you'd like to stay for 2 nights or more, we are happy to drop you off locally at the start of one the many walks and collect you at the end of the day.
Loch fishing, boat trips and wildlife watching are all readily available in the local area. Sea eagles, otters and seals are regularly seen in the area.
There are a selection of local eating places to suit all tastes and pockets. Glenview Hotel, Flodigarry Hotel, Columba 1400 and the Kilmartin Cafe.
There are also two well stocked local shops and an internet cafe.
